For this hydraulic system with cylinder and accumulator bench, we designed a power unit with a double pump composed of an A10VSO + a gear pump.
The total installed power is 7.5 kW and it works at 150 bar.
The HPU, which has a 400-liter tank, works with water glycol (HFC) special fluid used to reduce fire risk.
The bench consists of 3 x 24-liter accumulators equipped with CEPED safety blocks.
The hydraulic power unit controls a Bosch Rexroth main cylinder code CDM1, size 160 mm bore and stroke 2100 mm, stem 110 mm.
The hydraulic system finds its place in a steel mill field.
