This particular pump finds application in the naval field, and in particular in the movement of the rudder.
Our customer wanted two of these pumps to be overhauled because of malfunctions.
We proceeded with the disassembly and found out that the regulator piston had “seized” creating anomalous wear which caused the leaking.
The change of the seals and bearings kit and restoration of the regulator piston’s tolerances allowed us to proceed with the test, for which our technicians created a special manifold hydraulic block. In this way the test has taken place in the most effective way.
