Thanks to our three automated high-bay warehouses, we have more than 40,000 items from the world’s leading brands of hydraulic components at our disposal: Bosch Rexroth Genuine, Moog, Parker, Linde, Kral. This allows us to guarantee an efficient, fast, and precise workflow, which is the strength of our CAMI Service division. From the telephone call up to the completion of the repair, every step is managed with an eye to Industry 4.0 with MES softwareto optimise processing and to carry out the work as efficiently as possible.
In addition, CAMI operators monitor the job step-by-step in order to keep the customer informed of its status.

UNIT DISASSEMBLY

The unit arrives at the island workstations of our in-house department, where it is carefully disassembled.

COMPONENT CLEANING

Each piece is sanitised using ecological bicarbonate to ensure a contamination- free manufacturing process.

WEAR CONTROL

The technician checks the state of the damage and decides whether it is repairable or not. In the latter case, we can provide alternative units from scratch.

UNIT ANALYSIS

After the diagnostic and inspection phase on the part to detect the problem, it is possible to estimate the work with certainty.

SPARE PARTS PICK UP FROM STOCK

If the damage can be repaired, the technician will pick up the original spare part from our automated warehouses, stocked with the best brands on the market.

UNIT ASSEMBLY

Thanks to special automated platform scales that facilitate the assembly of the various components, the unit is reassembled on site by the technician.

TESTING

The time comes to test the operation of the units. We use the most modern technology in the industry for this delicate operation.

COATING

The unit is then coated to increase the quality of work and restore it to proper working order.

LABELLING

The final step before handing over, the testimony of professionally impeccable work, a guarantee of quality over time.

REDELIVERY

The unit is now ready to return to the customer's production process.
